Over 20 years, Sherie Hamilton began creating and perfecting culinary creations from her Grandma’s Curried Goat to the International Flavors of Asia, Italy and France. She has aimed to redefine the concept of Jamaican Cuisine, it’s presentation and the dining experience expected, without losing its flavor.
